It’s Psych. But it’s safe here compared to other places I have seen. They properly train and offer super competitive pay to help people that haven’t been exposed see the benefits on a pay level as well as a trained level.
Cons
The insurance is absolute garbage. Like no one has it because it is cheaper to pay the penalty to not have insurance. It is a newer company with a ton of new places opening, which means they will have the resources to supply the 1000+ staff coming on.
