      Very little oversight of the role

      Cons

      Serious lack of leadership/professionalism. Based out of Finland, there are govt mandatory oversight of how the employees are treated, for the past three years they consistently get ranked poorly with leadership and work conditions. For a medical device company, the CEO believes in “fake it till you make it”. Make sure you get everything in writing, many circumstances where monies were not paid.

      The premise of the technology sounds interesting and helpful, but not what it seemed

      Cons

      Horrible culture and leadership.. A lot of smoke and mirrors, the technology and science that has been done in EU is manipulated data by the manufacture, data integrity is severely compromised. Only trust USA data. A severe lack of ethics from CEO and COO. Did not pay out on bonus and commissions.
