Not many cons that I encountered.

- Decent Pay + Comp; probably could be better - People are nice (I guess)

The accounts we work at are atrocious. The surgeons are very slow. We don’t get our schedule till 6 PM unless you’re a select few favorite people who sometimes get their schedules for the whole week. The scheduling team is just so awful it’s hard to explain. We don’t get overtime for staying past a certain time during the week. People are leaving left and right and rather than hire new clinicians who actually make money for the company, they put stupid messages in the slack channel about hiring people who bring 0 money to the company and don’t cover cases. Little room for advancement or improvement unless you really push for it.
