After merger with Gavs, it's worse - Senior Software Engineer Neurealm Employee Review

I am working since 5 years, earlier used to have great policies. We can say policies are employee friendly. But since it's merger with gavs technology all policies and it's benefits has been taken away. Insurance, leaves, WFH flexibility all become worse. Higher management has been removed and replaced with gavs managed people. This company is not following its legacy of having a employee first principal.
