      Pros

      I got chances to participate in the design of Auto-ML pipeline and different projects applying different machine learning models. We worked under the Scrum framework to discuss, distribute and review the tasks. It's effective for me to understand the updated requirements of tasks and get suggestions from colleagues to find ways to better adapt the changes to the system. I like the company culture that the managers encourage us to achieve effective collaborations and make 1+1 >2 and the colleagues are willing to help.

      Travel time was long for me.

      None other than it's remote.

      Cons

      1. Underpay 2. Rude behaviour from senior management 3. No professional practices followed 4. Take mental health as fun 5. Encourage overworking 6. You will feel like the CEO bought you as a slave, and no matter what you do, he will justify that saying I paid you lol. 7. Late payments 8. No learning and growth, if you are a person who values learning and becoming a pro at something, then this place is not for you. 9. If you are not an aviation expert, then this place is not for you. 10. If you can't spend 70 hrs a week, then this place is not for you.
