      Neumann, LLC is a family oriented organization. We work hard and we play hard. I lot is expected and demanded. 2 weeks vacation comes standard first year for any new staff member and you can build up to 4 weeks vacation over the first 3 years. Great pay opportunities on top of your salary. We can chip in with different departments to make some extra bonus money.

      Cons

      It's a small company--so you have to wear a lot of hats to make sure everything gets done for our customers.

      Hailey and his company provide an environment where every employee is valued and listened to. I loved knowing that I could work steady hours every week and still have a flexible schedule to fit my needs. Neumann LLC is a well managed family business that cares for its employees, and Hailey is a blast to work for!
