Pros

Interesting projects to work within Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology, some interesting diverse colleagues, and no fear using new technologies.

Cons

Unprofessional and chaotic management, unclear and unfair company policies( if any exists), lots of nepotism works quite negatively to overall company climate as if you are friend or just a countryman of the Cxx personas, it gives you some of the benefits. Technical management is really poor, and it's embarrassing that CTO doesn't understand how the software projects work in a long run. He is unable to properly delegate the tasks, and doesn't trust the employees to do the job, also is very impatient of everything. Instead he tries to take control of all of the things. Such narcissist and dictatorship management style aren't even applicable to early garage projects, and this should never happen in the companies, that claim to be serious and trustful. However there are a lot of talks about special cultural fits. There can be lots of work distractions with unnecessary all-hands meetings, like weekly 2-3 hour long book reading sessions, and even monk meditation sessions for a whole day. Apart from it there are also some company superstars, that have special treatment and privileges. Again, strange hardware policy and fairly outdated working hardware, looks like it's okay for the employees to work on the old chunky laptop leftovers. Also some people can just disappear from the company within a day, which says a lot about working climate.

Pros

Most people here are friendly and professional. They give lot of benefits like free lunches, social events and its possible to work from home on fridays. The CEO Zoe Adamovicz seem to care a lot about company culture and she is open about the direction the company is moving towards. The office is nice in good location and easy to reach with public transportation.

Cons

If you are thinking about taking tech job here then do not do it. The CTO Marcin Rudolf is like cartoon of a terrible manager. He talk over everyone in every conversation and never listens. If you want to say something it is like a struggle. In meetings he is often interrupting people to insult their ideas and trys to force his own. The feeling of team discussions is made aggressive and stressful because this problem and it is very difficult to suggest new ideas or have honest discussions. The development process reflect this problem. They say that it is scrum but it is badly organised waterfall process. Most decisions about architecture and tasks are taken by Marcin there is very small chance to innovate or advance skills. Most PRs are reviewed by him personally and he seem to judge success based on if you did every line exactly like he imagine. Many comments about tiny things and it take often very slow to get things merged. It feel there is no chance for to take ownership of tasks. The tech team of this company is a bad working environment.
