Pros

Great opportunity to learn new technologies. Ex.CEO's (Ashish Agarwal) vision was good to grow the company..expecting same from current CEO.

Cons

Some times, depends on project..Work life balance is NOT so good as so many calls until 11pm. If utilization is the only measure to get appraisal..what employee will do when there are NO projects? how employee will get the 75% utilization? Only set of people always gets promotions as they are close to someone from leadership team..
