Pros

Work completion is required regardless of location(office/home) which is good. Freedom to wear your choice of clothes(shouldn't be too much revealing). Can connect to anyone anytime regarding your problem since it follows open floor culture which is great and encouraging for freshers.

Cons

"Straight trees are cut first" is strongly executed here. Main issue which I found and hated till the time I was there is, POLITICS at every level. Maintaining EGO is first priority of all managers. Boot lickers will always be active to listen what others are talking about and remain sweet on your face and will be passing on everything to their beloved managers whatever happens inside and outside company. NO ONE THINKS about skills you have, they would forcefully fit-you-in wherever they want. GROUPism and GANGism is very well followed which is worse for any org. You might need to work more than 14 hours on daily basis with NO PERKS. They say their culture is different than other service based orgs. but DO NOT BELIEVE IT. Zero attention given to Work-Life balance and pay as per work done by you. Just work-work-die is their mindset for business.

Pros

Smart, hardworking people who genuinely try to do right by clients—often despite being undermined by inconsistent middle management. Some teams have strong peer support and camaraderie, though cross-team support can be uneven (especially between consulting and technology groups). With the right manager, you can do great work and build real momentum—your experience depends heavily on who you report to

Cons

Employee experience varies significantly by geography. India-based teams generally appear to benefit from more structured management and consistent treatment, while U.S. operations struggle with leadership coherence and discipline. Because Glassdoor does not separate reviews by region or legal entity, overall ratings can mask these differences. Leadership is weak and scattered—too little clarity, too much noise The environment is chaotic and undisciplined; planning rarely survives contact with reality Favoritism is noticeable and undermines morale HR tends to protect leadership decisions rather than resolve root causes, Over time, the mismatch between stated values and real behavior becomes hard to ignore
