The people at Neudata really shine. The team is highly intelligent, driven, supportive, and all team players ...there is no dead weight at Neudata! Management style is structured and a real meritocracy with managed OKRs and KPIs. I only recently joined the company and the onboarding experience was phenomenal with great formal and informal training. Additionally, the company is growing and there are new opportunities arising all the time and team members have the ability to move within the company to experience different parts of the business. And finally, the recruiting process was solid, there was no hesitancy or stalling, the process was clear and the decision was fast.

The positives far outweigh any identifiable negative. If I had to find something to complain about it might be that the company is a growing startup and everyone is so busy that it is sometimes difficult to immediately get access to the right resource...but this is being solved by an aggressive hiring plan.
