Work hard each year with no reward in pay - Dont expect any raises at all Management blame culture - You will be blamed for manager mistakes, always Management commonly exploits employees hard work to look good to the CEOs. You will not be rewarded for anything you do here. Management will find every reason to not give you a raise by giving you a clearly impossible task. There is much more than this that is wrong, but my main intention is for you to stay away from this company, you will waste your time here thinking that management will get better, they didnt while i worked here.
