The company has a great culture, people are friendly, facilities are great and great environment.
Cons
As long as it is not the Singapore operations team you are safe. Beware of the politics and backstabbing even in a small team, it doesn't matter whether you are right or wrong. As long as you are not part of the inner circle they will find fault in any and every thing you do. Shouting at you from across the hallway to private emails and cc the bosses. Beware
