The people are truly great…at least most of them. Free soft drinks and snacks.
Cons
2+ years ago this was a great place to work. The last two years have not. CEO/HR punishes entire departments instead of holding employees and managers responsible for their actions. All the good perks have been removed for the majority of who remains with the company. WHF is a privilege only developers and few select individuals get. If you’re sick you have to use your PTO. Questionable HR practices. Very little diversity, especially in Management. So much turnover. Company is running on skeleton crew and are over working employees. Other departments have to pick up slack on tasks that are outside of their job scope. Very little chance for advancement. No bonuses.Pay is below market value.
