Under the leadership of our new CEO, Grady Summers, we are focused on creating a strong and inclusive work culture centered around our new values. We are implementing initiatives designed to foster connection among employees, including a company-wide goal for every team member to meet their direct manager or a member of our senior leadership team in person this year. By listening to and engaging with our people, we aim to build a supportive environment where everyone can thrive. Your insights are invaluable in this endeavor, and we welcome any additional ideas you might have.

Pros

None I can think of

Cons

Let’s talk pay there isn’t any. Be aware of what they don’t tell you. Commissions are only paid at 50% rate. Whatever your plan is cut it in half. You won’t even hit 50% and if you do you only get 25% of your commission target. But it gets worse. You also only get paid on 1 year of a multi year license and zero pay on renewals but you’re expected to support them. No leads this is a 100% hunter role. They lie and say there is qualified pipeline, there isn’t trust me. Management spends all day training reps how to sell or do better pitches instead of getting you actual conversations with customers. There is also no marketing team just scattered field marketing throwing darts at misc trade shows that result in no leads.
