      Pros

      - They will hire out of college students.

      Cons

      - CEO would call volunteers "little slaves" - Moral abuse from leads, as a response for that behavior the CEO said "I've seen people been treated worst here". Literally what he said in order to cool things down. - Just a toxic environment. Leads will throw their employees under the bus if what they requested is later rejected by CEO, even though it was them who requested initially. - Workload is way higher then usual with low pay check and zero recognition. After leaving this place I'm working 5 times less and been praised constantly, Here you will be slaved and cursed.

      Pros

      - Decent meal ticket - Team gatherings and informal culture - Keep in mind this is a startup and you'll need to be very hands-on from the beginning.

      Cons

      - Even though they have a remote-work approach, it's not disclosed during the recruitment process how much traveling is involved with the role. - The job description doesn't match what you initially expect. - They don't provide you with equipment to work; you have to use your own. - Bullying from the bosses. Their "leadership" style is questionable. - Worst onboarding process I've ever experienced. - Lack of payment.
