I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this company - Account Manager Network Sunday Employee Review

Pros

Remote work and that’s about it.

Cons

They pay you short and late every single month. Process changes as fast as the weather does in Cape Town. The old seasoned and verbally an abusive partner should’ve retired 20 years ago. If you enjoy being shouted and sworn at and enjoy abuse in general, this might be the place for you. The “managers” have no back bone and have no idea how to manage people. They only care about money in their pockets. I’d rather be unemployed than work there.

Thank you for your feedback. We have an experienced new manager running the SA team. Our processes will continue to evolve as the business develops, some have been the same for many years. We never pay short, always pay due commissions, and avoid late payments. We are sorry your experience, unlike many others, was not a good one, and best of luck for a positive future.

Pros

I am always proud to say that I've been with this company for more than a decade. Acquired and developed most of the skills I have now from them. Working remotely with people from different countries has opened some of my capabilities on how to deal with other people with confidence. NS has welcomed employees/contractors from the Philippines and consider us as significant part of the team.

Cons

I have seen how the company has evolved from just using excel sheets until it has adapted to the developed technology, systems and processes. Change is inevitable yet sometimes they cause disarray and pressure to the employees if they are to be carried immediately. On the contrary, it builds strong and capable employees who can overcome pressure.
