Flexible work with the chance of advancement and bonuses - Team Leader Network Research Employee Review

Pros

I started at Network Research as a Telephone Interviewer about 5 years ago, and have since progressed within the company to the roles of Senior Interviewer and then Team Leader. I have always found the working environment to be friendly and welcoming, and enjoyed the flexibility offered by the role when working as a Telephone Interviewer. There is also a very achievable bonus scheme in place on top of the hourly rate of pay, and this incentive to exceed expectations and earn bonus payments is available whether working as a Telephone Interviewer or Team Leader. Progression within the company has allowed me to learn new skills and further develop those I already had. This has been wide ranging, from improving my knowledge of Excel, to planning work to meet targets, to coaching colleagues to help improve their skills. Development is also available as a Team Leader, with regular modules which encourage further improvement of skills, and pay increases when these modules are achieved. The basic rate of pay has also increased regularly over the years, and these increases are applied to all staff. I would happily recommend Network Research as an enjoyable place to work, and as a workplace where hard work and achievement is both recognised and rewarded.

Cons

Shifts are not guaranteed although work is regular for most interviewers.

Pros

There are zero pros to working for this company other than the work from home option.

Cons

The owner speaks to his employees like actual dogs. Any and all of his recruiters will confirm this statement. He is an awful leader and human being who degrades and humiliates his employees on a daily basis. Every chance he got. I would never ever work for him again and would highly suggest anyone considering working for him to be highly guarded and to try not to take what he says personally. He especially has contempt for his women employees
