      Good life experience. Taught me how to spot controlling bosses.

      Directors only interested in meetings They run people into the ground with excessive workloads Very obvious divisions in the management team which makes people uneasy One person seems to want to run the whole company

      Literally everything else. Poor attitude from the top down Aggressive and poor decision making Rude and derogatory to staff
