1. Owner is worst 2. Salary hike is joke 3 appraisal cycles are only on papers 4 no technical growth. 5 you will only grow by experience not by pro efficient. 6 projets kt sessions , development cycles , deployment techniques all are on the fly .... The worst part is u will be work on project but through out the project u dont know whts exactly going on.
