Pros
There is potential in the company to grow if the CEO sets clear strategy and focus on investment in the products. Pre 2021 it was better place to work with clear goals and objectives from management and progression was felt over the years.
Cons
Since new CEO joined in 2021 the company has not been a good place to work. Gone from a product led organisation to a sales led organisation, which means lack of strategy and focus on the right things to build of products. Doesn't feel like a fin tech company. Old school ways of working. Non agile. Too much politics and toxic work environment Poor communication between departments
