Working with an integrated team has taught me a lot about the different roles that go into case management

Since being bought by Tufts, it feels like management is constantly monitoring our every move. The work load has increased to an almost unmanageable amount while we are constantly being expected to do more. Solid employees from staff and management are fleeing as quickly as they can because the expectations of our roles have changed into something none of us were hired for, and it is quite noticeable in morale.
