      - Constantly challenged and always learning. - Positive work environment where everyone is willing to help each other (which furthers the learning) - Plenty of incentives to get certifications to further your career

      Cons

      - Steep learning curve due to the amount of clients we have to work with (but it's not that bad since everyone is there to help)

      Great company culture, good location in the North Loop, opportunities to learn, major visibility!

      Cons

      The nature of the industry regarding technicians is high turnover, but I do think Dan and the team cultivate a great environment people want to stay in

      Pros

      The people are what make this company great. The company culture starts at the top with the CEO, Dan Grady. His positive attitude and attention to employee concerns are contagious. Everyone helps each other strive for success. The senior management is very transparent with employees. The company's road map and status is frequently communicated. All teams work together to come to solutions. From the helpdesk, to the on-site guys, to the network admins.

      Cons

      Smaller company (but growing), so room for career growth is limited at this time. Work/Life balance is difficult to manage, but that's just the nature of IT support roles in general.
