Pros
The people are what make this company great. The company culture starts at the top with the CEO, Dan Grady. His positive attitude and attention to employee concerns are contagious. Everyone helps each other strive for success. The senior management is very transparent with employees. The company's road map and status is frequently communicated. All teams work together to come to solutions. From the helpdesk, to the on-site guys, to the network admins.
Cons
Smaller company (but growing), so room for career growth is limited at this time. Work/Life balance is difficult to manage, but that's just the nature of IT support roles in general.
