Pros

Organ donation, lots of over time, small company size, get to travel around the state.

Cons

Very misleading with job description. Working 24-28 hours every other day. No communication with staff or management. Very unorganized, horrible orientation, no direction. Staff very unprofessional, very rude, not conducive to orientating. Staff verbally abusive by talking down to new staff members. Over all getting overworked, no team work, very misleading.

Pros

Pros are hard to write at present, but they're the same pros of any employer and OPO to specify.

Cons

The culture is ruined. We've been absorbed into what feels like a marriage for fealty to a king as a Duke's daughter. Nothing is what it was and we are expressly NOT #BetterTogether, regardless of how many shirts or posters we plaster it onto.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. The decision to merge was driven by a shared mission and aligned values, but we know that organizational change, and especially something as impactful as a merger, can be challenging. Feeling discouraged during periods of change can be normal. At the same time, we are proud of our expanded reach, improved donation process, and greater impact as we support the donors, families, and transplant recipients across our region. Culture is built every day, by each of us at Network for Hope. The work of our dedicated team members who support donation, like yourself, is deeply valued, and we are grateful for the compassion and professionalism you bring to donor families and hospital partners. That gratitude is why we are committed to listening, learning, and ensuring that the future we are building together is one where you—and all staff—feel supported and recognized. Again, thank you for sharing your experience. If you'd like to discuss further, we encourage you to reach out to a member of the HR team.
