Pros

I worked for Network Essentials for 4 years, learned a lot and was given merit advancement, training as it was earned. I left when the Atlanta office was integrating to advance my career. Since then I have used the owner for letter of recommendation twice since I have moved on. The Atlanta office being sold off is positive in my opinion.

Cons

The Altanta management demanded respect instead of trying to earn it. I hear they are no longer Otherwise solid.

Pros

I have really enjoyed working for Network Essentials. They gave me a competitive salary, great benefits package, and my own office that has plenty of sunlight. They provide a good work/life balance, where if you are not working or on call, you are not expected to answer emails or phone calls during your personal time. All of my co-workers are very friendly, and management has been great. I've really enjoyed getting to know everyone here and working with the clients to assist them with their IT needs. It is very fulfilling work knowing you can advise people with their technological needs and help clients grow and develop their own businesses.

Cons

None that I can think of that are directly attributable to them. The IT business can be unpredictable and stressful at times, but that's the industry in general.

Pros

After being employed at The Network Essentials for 5+ years, I can only state positive things about the company. I was taken in as a level one help desk technician (straight from college) and trained by some excellent folks--seven years later I can only say the working environment provided a wealthy smorgasbord of experience which, to this day, assists me along my career path.

Cons

There aren't many cons that come to mind, other than the fact that working with (any) MSP you will be quite exerted by the end of the week! Supporting a large array of clients 24/7 is not easy work, though when you're surrounded by excellent coworkers and assisting genuine clients it's all worthwhile.
