Pros
A good group of people. The company does like to give back to the community which I like. They have food drives, school supply drives, bell ringing, etc. They also like to have BBQs and fun contests throughout the year.
Cons
You can get stuck on a team or project and it can be hard to move on to something else within the company. Many people work more than 40 hours a week.
