Pros
A lot of really amazing and talented people who genuinely do care about each other. Management treat people like individuals and not nameless, faceless employees. Great work environment and flexibility. Compensation is good.
Cons
Sometimes disorganized and siloed, partly due to the nature of contract work, partly due to the fact that the company has grown very fast very quickly. Benefits are fine but not extraordinary (wish vacation time were more generous!). Difficult to know where to progress in your career if you aren't aiming to become a PM.
