      There are some good people that worked here, but they started disappearing quietly

      Cons

      Lot of chaos with the client, zero direction or onboarding, project deliverables questionable, little support to employees, vague loyalty to employees. Not the greatest place to work, not the worst. It's basically if you need a job you go here but keep looking for something better.

      Great friendly environment with casual atmosphere. You can have a casual conversation with the higher ups. Great flexible schedule.

      Small and efficient, work from home depend on contract

      Cons

      pay is extremely low. Benefits are very bad. If NDI lose contract, you are fired immediately. Sometime NDI will low your salary
