They set you up for failure. They promised training for newbies to the field.They have no "training" system. It was all on the job training and I only lasted as long as I did because other staff members we willing to help me learn. Although they provided NONE of the training that was promised I was terminated because they expected me to be farther along. I was told that, new or otherwise, in this industry you "figure it out".
