Pros
The pay is good is some of the best for unskilled work, there are a lot of good working conditions due to the agreement for that specific warehouse and 3F, The team members and lower managers are nice and hard working. You have access to free gym, paddle tennis, soccer and tennis courts. You also get employee discounts at all stores under Salling Group and can rent holiday homes at very cheap rates that Salling Group own around Europe.
Cons
You destroy your body if you do it for many years. The upper management at the warehouse is non existant to the average worker even tho in reality they are only a few meters away. Their is obvious favouritism and rewards are based on it rather than merit. There is also a push to have more Danes working as opposed to foreigners, even tho they dont work as hard on average and the foreigner who is fluent in english and can do the job will be looked down on just because the bosses are Danish and dont want to progress with the times or themselves evolve and have the company in mind when making a decision.
