Pros

The staff are all aware of how poor the company is ran, hence making the working atmosphere more bearable as everyone can just joke and have a laugh through it all

Cons

-Management have no positive impact on the company at all. Only contact with them is negative unless they want something from you done ASAP, or want to blame someone for something, rather than developing them. -There are no standards to the company, and everything is done reactively last minute. -There is a significant lack of training and progression. Paths to grow into are minimal from a techincal standpoint. You get no exposure to doing anything new at all despite wanting to push and further yourself. - Staff turnover stabilised, but is back to being poor again due to negative management and low standards. - No benefits at all (Unless you enjoy a pizza once every 6 months). You have to beg for any sort of payrise to be told the company have no money, despite recently introducing 2 newly created high paying roles, and signing off on a full office refurbishment.

Pros

Some good people to work with I managed to get out of there before I had a mental breakdown

Cons

My experience with this company was overwhelmingly negative. The issues weren’t isolated; they were consistent and systemic. Communication was disorganised, expectations shifted without warning, and decisions were made without transparency or accountability. The culture rewards burnout, not performance, is reactive, disorganised, and driven by short‑term thinking. Management frequently ignores feedback, shifts blame, and fails to provide even basic support. There is little interest in employee wellbeing or long‑term development. If you value stability, clarity, or a healthy work environment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are far better employers who respect their staff and operate with professionalism. I would strongly advise job seekers to avoid this company. The work environment is chaotic, leadership is inconsistent, morale is low, turnover is high, and it’s obvious why. Employees are treated as disposable, workloads are unreasonable, and the environment quickly becomes draining. Several talented people left because the situation was unsustainable. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision. There are many employers who value their staff — this is not one of them. It’s also important to be aware that some employees have been asked to post positive reviews to “improve the company image,” which means the online ratings don’t reflect the actual working conditions.

- looking to move company forward in right direction - recently refurbished offices - values diversity and recognised the important role women play across IT roles - flexible working - happy to fund training - has retained some very good people in the business for a long time who care about getting it right - focused on getting it right for customers
