      Pros

      Great team and family-like company culture, great place to get your feet wet and gain experience.

      Cons

      Not somewhere I can see myself long term, there's not a lot of latter mobility and I don't think the company compensates well enough to consider staying long-term.

      A smaller Dev Team means more hands-on coding for you Good pay for a high schooler (15/hour) An amazing and friendly team made working fun Remote

      Cons

      The company isn't a SWE company, so some of the projects aren't for clients but rather internal company projects.
