Pros
Great salary and benefits. Fully remote and you get to work with folks globally. Lovely people and a lot of them passionate about their work. The technology also seems sound and has plenty of opportunity for growth in the market. Work was fulfilling while I was serving the role I was hired for.
Cons
Onboarding for departments outside of the consultant/engineering side is lacking - especially for the US market they are trying to grow and establish. Overall org structure is a bit vague and can be confusing on who owns where and what which can make working /collaborating difficult. I was never off-boarded nor did I have an exit interview - see advice for management below.
