Pros
Netsparker (Invicti) is a dynamic business that has the attitude of a start-up and the perks of a more mature company. We have products that the market loves, our support team has one of the best reputations in our industry, and there's room in our market to ensure expansion opportunities for years to come. Leadership is committed to creating an environment that staff want to be part of, providing competitive compensation, continually reevaluating benefits packages and comparing them to what's available in the local market, and identifying special ways to make staff feel loved. As a leader in the business, I'm appreciative of the Executive team's willingness to let staff own initiatives and provide support to ensure successful roll-out, without micromanaging. While COVID has created many unique challenges, I continue to be impressed with how Invicti has handled them, and know that this is a company that will continue to grow and expand because of the drive of the business and the opportunity in the market.
Cons
Because of the global nature of the company, time zones can make collaboration difficult and result in a lot of late calls for staff in Europe and early calls for staff in the US.
