      Pros

      We are leading the market with the best product. I am absolutely certain of this because I wanted to join Netskope after having worked with the product for a long time and seeing what it was capable of. I feel that in this company, they really care about people and this is extremely important.

      Cons

      The workload sometimes is unmanageable and you can feel overwhelmed with work for long periods of time.

      Pros

      -CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

      Cons

      -I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
