Pros

Lots of responsibility, not micro-managed. Great clients. Free fruit and company provided lunch.

Cons

Not a big social element but occasional 'Friday Drinks'. I joined in January 2107 and it was obvious morale was low in my department. A number of staff were out of their depth and resistant to some of the positive changes management were trying to implement (I was one of those changes). Once the dead-weight was addressed (removed) the atmosphere improved dramatically. Those of us left, along with the new recruits understand the company ethos (which is very can-do and client focussed) and enjoy a dynamic, occasionally challenging but always fun and rewarding working day.

Pros

free veg and fruits and nice location

Cons

whatever management says goes even if its against developers and work interest, if they tell you the ocean is pink just accept it and do not argue. Any chance to cheap out is taken, they tend to hire juniors and give them mid-senior work because they know hiring seniors cost. Even with big project they will try to cheap out as much as possible instead of being processional. No matter how hard or how long you work for them, you wont get a pay-rise until you chase it your self from them. Staff turn over is ridiculous, during my year and 2 month almost 8 people were let go off. management does not understand much IT, so there were some cases they got angry because they couldn't understand what we were trying to explain. they do not like a close nit development team as they always have the need to have someone in their side that always agrees with them no matter what.
