Pros

Solid business, dominant in Denmark and Norway. The company has recently become commercial (it was fully owned by banks earlier), but all considering, business part is well run and managed, and good at exploiting its dominant position.

Cons

Much of the IT part management is a disaster. Many systems have many incidents and customers are not satisfied. IT vice presidents are mostly old-timers and have no idea of how to fix this other than appoint a pointless task force, but are very good in keeping their position. Business is not used to push the IT part so there are little consequences. The company has little or no recognition for actual performance. The result: a madhouse for employees, declining competence and the few good managers leaving running.

Pros

- Salary paid monthly - You may find a friendly colleague or two - Management is so incompetent you can contribute close to nothing and continue to be employed

Cons

- Incompetent Leadership: Leadership is not empathetic to employee concerns, only cares about the bottom line and has been consistently failing to do anything worthwhile, while acting like they're breaking milestones. Stock keeps falling into the ground, no accountability for their ineptitude and only lower level employees suffer most. 'Leadership' is condescending and seriously pathetic. - Cost cutting: canteen has the quality of dog food, tons of layoffs, social events cut - No room for growth - Old technology, old employees, old ways of thinking

Pros

Good benefits, nice location, welcoming colleagues

Cons

Management micromanages everything, and only considers what will save them money today, even if they lose money on it tomorrow.
