Cons
As in any sales, no one works harder or better than you, always have to be ready to answer the call and get on the phone, the deal won't wait for you. No time to utilize unlimited time off if you want to do well. You are in charge and drive every step of the deal, no one to blame but you. It's a sales office so it get's loud and exciting you need to be able to stay focused so you can find the next deal.
