Managers need to respect their team members. Leadership is ignoring the high turnover rate, refusing to address the root causes, even when they're obvious. There's a serious bias problem here.
Employees are treated differently, some unfairly favored while others are denied flexibility. Leadership is biased, ignoring fake WFH requests while questioning legitimate ones.
Such discriminatory practices and lack of empathy erode employee morale and hinder productivity.
