Pros
I transferred my H1B, it was painless, they work with direct clients so they can get client letters. They also have solutions for which they have approvals for H1B visas. No issues like with my other employers, of delayed payments, false promises, payroll issues. They have decent law firm too. I have not had anything to worry about. If you are looking for hassle free relationship with your employer, these guys are it.
Cons
They recently offered classroom training out of office, one of the instructors who was giving some classroom SAP training, went back to India, not sure what the problem was.
