Pros
They had good benefits, sick time, and a good work-from-home policy. They also were nice for most of the time that I worked there.
Cons
They may not treat you like a good employee. They have a terrible warning system. They don't offer vacation time until you work a year at the place. They pay too low. They don't provide proper training.
