Pros
Very good atmosphere. Everyone ready to get involved and to help others (management included). Gread company culture, very employee oriented (Danish roots can be seen here..) Doing Scrum by the book, but not over-doing it. You do not feel a slave to the process, but the process helps you in your work (of course this depends on the people, so your experience may differ from one scrum master and product owner to another) In spite of sometimes limited resources, you always get what you need for your work, if you can prove it is useful (licenses, hardware etc.)
Cons
Office space a little crowded. Not all business requirements and directions are always clear. Roadmaps sometimes change, so you need to keep flexible. Not the best benefits package on the market (but a decent one).
