Pros

Netomi is a great place to work, especially if you're looking to break into AI and automation. There’s a lot of autonomy and opportunity to make an impact, but you NEED to be a self-starter to thrive. There is no micro-management here. Pros: Great product with real-world impact in customer support automation. AWESOME client list—some of the biggest names in entertainment, travel, gaming, sports, and apparel. HIGHLY intelligent team—you’re surrounded by sharp, motivated colleagues. VP of Finance operates like a COO—leads with care and empathy. CEO is a smart visionary who understands where AI is heading. Lots of autonomy and empowerment—you can take ownership of projects and drive results.

Cons

The most crowded space I've sold into. — expect 15-20+ competitive vendors in every selling cycle. We would win "Vendor of Choice" many times only to be undercut so significantly that deals would fall through regularly. Marketing support could be stronger—more investment here would help differentiate against competitors. Culture has taken as a result of being remote and dispersed.
