Pros

An amazing growth opportunity at every technical level. Great co-workers who are willing to teach you. Free breakfast and lunch every week. Andreas' lasagna. Work from home policy. The freedom to choose your own topics for weekly training and training reimbursement. Great location. Management has open door policy. Yearly company events and outings. Great computer setup in the office (quad monitor setup for every technician). Yearly bonuses.

Cons

Very steep learning curve for junior technicians with little or no experience (though that applies for every MSP). Work at lower technical level can become repetitive. Proactive support is improving rapidly but has a lot of catch up to do before becoming as effective as the reactive support.

Pros

Lots of training and learning, great leadership from Technical Director & new Account Manager. Lots of opportunity to increase technical skills quickly. Some clients are great and value us, (not all). Office snacks are Fire, also weekly lunches. Have heard good things about raises and bonuses. Sounds like we can bring dogs to work if we want Team is great to give heads up on what's going on, very little drama.

Cons

-Sometimes you are expected to fix something you haven't been trained on yet, can be stressful -Owner needs a filter installed & some HR training on how to deal w/ employees. There is no shortage of stories from former employees, hence high turnover. -Some questionable new hires (Cryptkeeper) , but what can you expect when there is toxicity from the top, retention sucks. Don't get on the wrong side of the owner or he will never let you live it down. Constant screw ups from admin & support staff that give company bad look for clients. Probably why the retention issues are extending to clients now. -Culture was improving, seems to be not -Watch out of dog toys and accidents
