Pros

Solid tech stack. Smart moves by mgmt to add a mobile solution. Fun group of people. If you work in NY, you have a good chance for success.

Cons

One of many second-tier, programmatic solutions out there. No discernible differentiation from any other company. Outer offices are nothing more than vanity plates for the company. They cycle through salespeople on a regular, six months cycle. The relationship between IgnitionOne and Netmining is a real challenge - not only internally but also in the marketplace.

Pros

The best reason to work at Netmining is the people and that starts with the leadership. Everyone at this company is smart, motivated, commitment, responsible and diligent. They are also fun and supportive of one another. You feel like you are entering a caring, family environment. That inspires you to do your best. The products are smart, client-forward and market leading. They work well and they answer clients needs.Progammatic audience targeting is the future of online display and Netmining owns a full set of products. This company is poised for great success. With the intelligent, committed employees I feel very good about it's future. Recently Netmining and Ignition One did an employee buy back. Employees are even more invested in the success now. Exciting times!

Cons

This is not a con, but it's important to note that Netmining is a small, dynamic company. People who are motivated, diligent, responsible and are able to assert themselves to get help will succeed. Everything you need will not come to you; you must seek out what you need to succeed.
