Pros
I enjoy continually learning, and working at Netmark gives me that ability. The world of Digital Marketing is so broad and our clients' needs are so diverse that there is always something new you need to figure out, not to mention that the industry itself is still evolving at a rapid pace so there are always new programs, methods, theories, etc.. It's very fast-paced and you have to "think" hard all the time. I enjoy that.
I also appreciate the fact that the owners of the company really care about the clients and delivering excellent results. There are times when someone (even myself) has messed something up or made a mistake of some sort on a client account and the owners go out of their way to make sure the problem is rectified, even in the cases where it requires the company to go into the red.
Cons
High stress. Some clients are very difficult to deal with and have much higher expectations than what they should.
