Pros

- Free Snack - annual health check-up. - Most colleagues are friendly - High job security with the great opportunity to work with world-class IPs.

Cons

- Highly bureaucratic: It feels like working in a government office. There is too much red tape, and every single step requires multiple levels of approval. - High office politics & Poor leadership: While peers are great, the CEO is terrible. They heavily favor personal connections (nepotism), are short-tempered, and rarely listen to reason. - Excessive restructuring: The company restructures far too frequently. I understand it might be to prevent corruption, but it happens so often that it severely disrupts the workflow and stalls progress. - Zero Work-Life Balance: Frequent overtime is expected, but no OT pay is provided. - Lack of autonomy: Problem-solving is extremely slow because everything must be reported to the HQ. The local branch has no authority to take immediate action on its own. - Poor Management: Both business and crisis management are quite bad. Issues are handled slowly, and the solutions often completely miss the root cause. - Dead-end job: Zero career growth. There is practically no opportunity for promotion or internal transfer to other roles.
