Pay less than market standard - UI/UX Developer Netision Employee Review

I’ve had a very positive experience in my current role. The work environment is supportive and collaborative, and I’ve had great opportunities to learn and grow professionally. The team is helpful, communication is clear, and everyone is encouraged to take ownership of their work.

Salary growth is slower compared to some companies

Many pros to share - 1. Led by three unsuccessful processional who don't know to manage the teams. Poor management. 2. Indiscipline in the company. Management threatens you or other senior employees will threaten you. 3. No job security. Only 4 or 5 employees are working for a long term as they are not good for new jobs. They will make you incompetent for next job. 4. No client interaction. All interaction is controlled by the management. 5. Fake reporting to client. If only 1 person is working then they will show 3 or 4 resources. 6. If you work honestly then the management will pressurise you for more work. 7. Culture of the company is poor. 8. During annual review you will be forced to accept a lower rise in salary. 9. If no projects then employees will be fired. They don't try to new projects. 10. No insurance or provident fund for the employees. Only 2 or 3 employee has provident fund.
