Pros
- Great colleagues, mostly the same age group - Able to learn a lot if you are willing to do so with little to no compensation
Cons
- Severe lack of manpower with way too much to do. Overboard with cutting costs to maximize profits - Lying to employees and empty promises - Consistent brainwashing attempts to strive hard together so there will be bonus for everyone. Result: refer to above point - Unethical management, way too money-driven - Keeps tabs on staff from all offices through CCTV and spy on what they do and say
