Pros

Only Pro is they have Weekend off

Cons

The company’s leave policies are heavily one-sided and designed to benefit only the organisation, not the employees. Micromanagement happens at every level, making it difficult to work with independence or trust. Mid-management functions more like surveillance for top leadership than as actual leaders. Office politics is prioritised over employee wellbeing or performance. Despite promoting “team-building activities,” employees are discouraged from interacting freely with colleagues, which creates an uncomfortable and restrictive environment. The overall culture feels disrespectful. New employees or those who are not in the CFO’s inner circle face strict rules, while favourites receive relaxations even when they don’t follow the same policies. Many sales team members have left due to unrealistic targets, lack of proper support, and internal politics driven by leadership. It’s a highly demotivating and toxic environment that desperately needs a fresh, skilled management team to bring professionalism, fairness, and a healthy work culture. The current leadership behaves as if the workplace is their personal space, and employees often feel mistreated or undervalued.

Pros

Salay processed on every 7th.

Cons

I joined in the sales team, and within the first week, they started showing their true faces. The HR team (Mansi and Mitali) are extremely immature and childish, which makes the work environment very uncomfortable. There’s micromanagement and favouritism happening every day. After joining, they force candidates to sign a so-called “Handbook”, which honestly feels like a trap. I call it a “Death Book” — a set of strict rules that tie you down so you can’t leave easily. They don’t allow mobile phones, mark LOP (Loss of Pay) for silly reasons, and follow unrealistic and strict policies. This makes it mentally exhausting to work there. No one in management helps, they just act like puppets. You’ll be shocked to see salary hikes as low as 3–5%, and the leave policies are terrible. If you’re thinking you’ll get good learning or growth, you’re wrong. It’s better to be unemployed than work here. Also, don’t relocate for this job. Think a thousand times before joining. P.S. All positive feedbacks of SDMs and others are from puppets of management.
